Done and Stunned
It took me a minute to find the right location as where to start but once I did I was completely satisfied. Normally I am no big fan of chatting with customer service, But I ask to cancel any future subscription with the company and ws immediately offered a refund of the already cleared payments as well. I was done and stunned in all of 2½ minutes. So yeah, I'm very pleased with the ease of process thank you

Excellent service from paddle
Excellent service from paddle. I ordered the software to clear a specific problem with my PC. It was not suitable for this type of problem. The online service tried to help but failed. They refunded my money straight away with no problems. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Highly recommended

Paddle was so efficient
Paddle was so efficient, I almost feel guilty for canceling my subscription! Paddle handled my concern for a double subscription and was able to cancel it very quickly. Stanley handled the entire matter with one information-packed email! Thank you so much!
