After my purchase
After my purchase, I was displeased cause I had challenges accessing certain social apps. I then requested for a refund. The staff were very helpful, as they tried to show me how I could access the social apps before allowing me the refund. But since I was insisting on the refund, they gladly processed the full refund within 7 days. I was very pleased as the process was stress free 😊

The assistance provided by the contract…
The assistance provided by the contract management staff and in particular for the Cashback, was excellent. I requested the Cashback because the program did not allow to open the menu of the bluray DVD and allow the various functions of: full screen, list of chapters, etc .. Basically my misunderstanding of the characteristics of the products caused the problem.
