Speedy and persoanlized reply
I asked them for an invoice with my address and tax number, and they replied very fast and sent me the requested document. I am very happy with their service and product, and have already been using the software since 2009!

Sehr freundlicher Anbieter, ich habe über diesen Anbieter Musik und Hörbücher heruntergeladen. Abo hat mit ca. 5 Euro im Monat gekostet. Habe über 300 Datei heruntergeladen. Mit 2 Emails habe ich das Abo nach 4 Monaten ägekündigt und werde es dieser verwenden, wenn ich es brauche. Kann nur jedem empfehlen.

Purchased but didn't realize I had an annual subscription. No longer have my mac and they refunded the auto renewal. Software worked great I just no longer had a need for it and they got me a refund, super simple.

Helpful, efficient, professional!
I had accidently failed to cancel a subscription that was no longer needed. I contacted Paddle. They replied to me the same day, helped me get to the reason for why I had been charged & organised a refund & cancellation of my subscription without any fuss & incredibly efficiently.
