I received an email notice advising me I would be charged soon for a software package I had deleted long ago. Had noticed Paddle.com was mentioned as the reseller of record, contacted them through chat & took care of it through a link directly to the software package provider. Easy peasy. No way!! That's it?! Someone pinch me...
I haven't checked my email for confirmation yet but that was , by far, the easiest inquiry,and cancellation, of an unwanted subscription that I have ever experienced. Everything should be so easy! Companies take note: If you have not implemented this service you are doing your customers a great disservice and a lot of unnecessary hassle.
