I noticed a transaction on my account and I followed the information to paddle.net. once I started asking questions on how to cancel my subscription and get my money back I was given answer's on how to do so and the person that helped me was so patient

Their automated chat was super helpful and allowed me to initiate a full refund after one my annual subscriptions charged me again for an app I no longer use. I hate auto chat bots but Paddle's Kino is great!
