I was charged for a 5-computer…
I was charged for a 5-computer subscription which I no longer needed. When I contacted the folks at Paddle, they immediately reversed the charges. No discussion was required. I will be back to buy more from them, just for fewer computers.

Unknown subscription issue resolved fast
I was unaware of a subscription having been assigned to my PayPal until money was drawn from my account. Kino chat was able to find an account that had been purchased under my information and help me to cancel it and have an approved refund request for me in less than ten minutes. I have never heard of an issue like this being resolved so quickly or painlessly. I am truly amazed.
