I had a plan that I did not realize was…
I had a plan that I did not realize was an auto-renewal plan. I had no need for this plan anymore and a charge appeared on my credit card I did not recognize. Paddle was able to handle the cancellation. Thank you.

Great Customer Service
I was inadvertently charged a fee. I dreaded contacting Paddle, as I thought I would get a run around. What I got was an excellent response and an immediate reversal of the fee!

I had a misunderstanding with a purchased item that I did not recognize as having an ongoing payment requirement. Contacted Paddle who quickly resolved the issue and refunded my payment. No argument, not fuss, no delay. A pleasure to work with.
