Amazed at how quick and easy it was to cancel a subscription and get refunded
I accidentally subscribed to a service on an app and as soon as I was charged I contacted them and it took less then 2 minutes to get my money refunded and cancel the subscription. It was probably the easiest experience I have ever had getting a refund.

I accidentally subscribed to a service on an app and as soon as I was charged I contacted them and it took less then 2 minutes to get my money refunded and cancel the subscription. It was probably the easiest experience I have ever had getting a refund.

Uncomplicated resolution to forgotten subscription
I had recently replaced my computer and had not installed the software on my new device. When I saw the charge for the subscription I was confused. I also had no idea how I would move the subscription. Thankfully, getting a refund was not complicated and very much appreciate it.
