I could not find the way to unsubscribe…

I could not find the way to unsubscribe to a service I paid a year ago and I wrote to Paddle and they replied so fast and gave me the help I needed it. Excellent service.

First Rate Service:

Even though I had contacted Paddle late on a Saturday, they had the issue resolved by the beginning of the week. I was surprised and delighted at their fast, courteous and very professional handling of my issue. I highly recommend this payment service for your customers.

Great response to my query…

I requested that a subscription be cancelled but had no response from the other organisation. Patty at Paddle acted when I advised I hadn't heard from them and arranged for my subscription to be cancelled in a timely and very efficient manner. Her correspondence throughout was always friendly and professional. Just a delight to deal with.
