Great response to my query…
I requested that a subscription be cancelled but had no response from the other organisation. Patty at Paddle acted when I advised I hadn't heard from them and arranged for my subscription to be cancelled in a timely and very efficient manner. Her correspondence throughout was always friendly and professional. Just a delight to deal with.
