I immediately began investigating and learned that a trial subscription on a PDF converter website had continued despite my assuming I was paying for only the first month and had cancelled it. It sounds like what has happened to a lot of the reviewers upset about Paddle. Fabulous service! Just exemplary!
I was so impressed at the immediate responses from Paddle.com dealing with my question on billing I didn’t recognize. Not only did I get a perfect explanation but also there was fastidious follow up to make certain that I had no further concerns. This level of public service for a customer is unusual and praiseworthy! I wish they had a website like Amazon that I could buy from them regularly!
