I was charged for a subscription that I haven’t used in months and I was charged for a product. I contacted automated online services and it took no longer than 4 minutes to to cancel a membership and receive a refund for a product that I don’t even used. It was extremely helpful to me!

It’s a Good Look!
There were some unrecognized transactions that I brought to supports attention @paddle. Customer service was great via email with responding in a timely fashion and showing attention to my concerns. Things were investigated, looked over and an outcome was promptly given. I received a refund and the plus side of this was the way customer support kept in touch even after the issue was resolved.
