Great and easy way to get a refund

Great and easy way to get a refund, just a bit harder to find if you're a quick reader! The whole refund went through their chat bot, and I didn't have to repeat myself! Cudo's to the bot development team and management for making it this easy

I was charged for a subscription that I haven’t used in months and I was charged for a product. I contacted automated online services and it took no longer than 4 minutes to to cancel a membership and receive a refund for a product that I don’t even used. It was extremely helpful to me!
