Purchased Restoro for my PC

Purchased Restoro for my PC. I then tried product and found that it was not for me. Contacted Paddle.com followed instructions to process refund, sent information requested and was issued a quick refund. Everything was done in a very timely manner. People were helpful & efficient. Process was very smooth and professional. Great Company to deal with. Wonderful experience.

Service Excellence

The company contacted me to advise there was a billing problem with a third- party site. No longer remembering the transaction I requested full details of an event that had occurred 12 months ago. They were fast, efficient and courteous and could not have been more helpful… the lady I dealt with, Nicole was a great ambassador for Paddle.

Installation of CleanMyMac

My favorite Apple newspaper ( Mac Generation ) advised me before installing the new OS to clean my hard drive. So I bought CleanMyMac. I had installation concerns because there was a software that was not compatible. Thanks to the patience of the Mac Paw team, this concern has been resolved and CleanMyMac is now cleaning up the hard drive deeply. A big thank you, all the more valiant as they have under Russian bombs !

Paddle to Success

I have used Paddle many times for internet purchases because of the security provided, and the ability to preserve my credit card identity. This has prevented the repeat of a few unpleasant card fraud episodes and even without the guarantees Paddle offer would be a valuable srevice.

Great Customer Service

I am at best a novice computer user and I was having issues trying to get a job done on my computer. It turned out that I did not require the software that I purchased. When I contacted Paddle to explain the situation they offered me a full refund without hesitation. Great customer service.
