Speedy Resolution

I accidentally ordered trackmobi not knowing it is not for iPhones
I accidentally ordered trackmobi not realizing it does not work on an iPhone. I was charged $43.19 via PayPal. I have requested a refund, the automated system said a refund would be processed within 3-5 days. I hope the auto system is honest.

Error correction made easy
An annual subscription for Re-Image was taken in error. It was my mistake in as much as I had two subscriptions for the same software. I contacted Paddle support and within 24 hours my money had been returned and the offending subscription cancelled. Support was fast and efficient which is more than can be said for so many online companies.
