Great experience - hassle free and quick!

Great experience. I'm not often keen to leave reviews, but this was exceptional enough to warrant the time. I purchased a driver fix software pack last year, and no longer need it. The company contacted me two weeks before subscription to let me know about the upcoming auto-renewal. Not needing the software anymore, I went to their website, and met with an AI chatbot that immediately took me to the right place for cancellation.
