Unfamiliar charge to card

I got a charge from paddle which I was unaware of. The agent was able to quick probe and confirm a subscription with resume.io. I do not wish to use the product long term so I went ahead to cancel the subscription and the refund process. My issue was resolved in a timely manner and proper expectations set. 10/10

Perfect

Perfect: I made a mistake buying a product (bought the Mac version instead of the Win version) so I immediately sent an emails to Paddle. They refunded me a couple of hours later. Very satisfied!

Auto-renewed subscription was refunded quickly!!

A subscription had auto-renewed that i thought i had cancelled a while ago. I received an email a day early letting me know that my payment was getting processed. so i was able to take immediate action. Also, the experience with requesting a refund couldn't have been easier. My refund was issued within just minutes of me contacting them. wish everything in life was this easy, thank you so much!!

Credit Card Charge

In reviewing my credit card statement I came across a merchant I didn't recognize. Paddle.com com was all the information I had. I went to their website and asked about the charge. Gemma looked up the amount and I found out that it was a renewal on software license that I made. Problem solved.
