We've all had the recurring charge for software we dumped, or just never use. Then we have to fight to cancel and get our money back, right? Not with these guys. I let them know that the software only froze up my machine, and they went to bat to get it cancelled and refunded for me.

I have asked PADDLE for a refund. After a conversation with Paddle/Bot, a few months passed without a reply. In the end everything was resolved positively. It was not a quick process, but I am satisfied with my Paddle experience.

Had a subscription auto renew without realising it was an auto-renew but was easily able to reverse that and contact paddle.com to cancel.
