they were VERY quick to respond
I didn't receive my key for the app. When I contacted the co. they were VERY quick to respond. Within 24hrs I had the key. They were quite friendly and attentive.

I ordered some software from Restor that would not work for a particular problem with my Dell Laptop. The laptop cannot be repaired and is totally useless. I contacted Paddle and have been promised a refund. It was very well done, and I appreciate it very much. Great service.

Problem quick resolved
I made a mistake and purchased a transaction (12,99€) too much, then this transaction overlapped with another I had made the month before with a higher amount of €69.00. Paddle immediately corrected my mistake and quickly returned the extra amount €12.99 to me. A good competent Company.

I had ordered Reimage software from Paddle.com recently and after installing it I found it not to be what I expected. I contacted Paddle.com with my concerns and requested a refund.
