Customer Service A++
I am very pleased with the customer service and quick resolution I received today. I didn't know I had 2 separate paid subscriptions to Koala Ultimate Plan. I cancelled the monthly pay plan but I got charged again. I sent in a customer service request and was immediately refunded. The quick service was amazing. Thank you for everything!

Cancelling my Restoro subscription…
I no longer needed my Restoro subscription. The Paddle.com Virtual Assistant provided me with the required link to instruct the cancellation of the subscription. Very easy.

In todays world one does not expect any…
In todays world one does not expect any proper customer service from IT, software and telecoms companies. They only seem to want your new business then ignore you. I wanted to cancel a software contract and emailed paddle. They replied immediately send me a link to do this and followed it up. I was surprised and very grat. Top marks

Double Purchase and request for reffund
I inadvertently purchasd two copies of MacClean 10 months apart due to moving and changing macs!. When I discovered this, I wrote to Paddle, provided the information on the two purhases and within hours Paddle had refunded me the second purchase. Quite amazing given complaints in the marketplace today. Thank you
