The software did not solve my…

The software did not solve my particular issue with my (admittedly 10 year old) scanner. I requested a refund and was notified within days that my request had been honoured. The purchase amount was credited to my account promptly, causing me to congratulate the company and to express my admiration by email.

Great customer service!

I needed to make a return so I sent an email to paddles customer service. They responded very quickly and were able to help me get my return processed very quickly. I was helped by two different people who were very prompt, friendly, and professional!

The most simplest refund process I've…

The most simplest refund process I've experienced! After purchasing some software I was confident would deliver, I found the features falling short of my full requirements. The refund process was all done via bot, and after 3 simple questions, my refund process had started. A few days later, the funds were returned. I was also contacted via human to confirm the refund steps.

Payment query quickly resolved

I queried a payment that i didn't recognise made via Paypal to Paddle. The bot answered very quickly and was able to identify the reason for the payment.
