Paddle Support was Excellent.
Due to hard drive failure, I lost my software license to Filebot. After I submitted license retrieval request to Paddle, I received a response and my license in a very short time. The support agent John followed up and made sure the issue was resolved. Very satisfied with the service and wish more support services provided the level of professionalism and courtesy as Paddle showed.

Paddle is Super Responsive
I contacted Paddle acknowledging that I had a mistake in ordering a subscription. They responded immediately (within hours) and not only understood my issue but corrected it and very promptly refunded the money I had accidentally paid. This kind of responsiveness is incredibly rare these days.

Obtaining a Refund from Kino
I cancelled a subscription on the day it was due to renew. Unfortunately I didn't receive a refund. However, on Chatting to Kino, a refund was arranged which hopefully will arrive in the next few days. Very easy to Chat to Kino and the matter was very rapidly dealt with.
