There was an unauthorized charge on my card

There was an unauthorized charge on my card. I checked my banking and saw paddle.com there. I reached out to them via chat, let them know I didn’t authorize the payment and I immediately received a refund. The whole process took about 2 minutes max.

Very quick response and professionalism

I signed up for a week's trial on drops and completely forgot to cancel it and was charged the amount of a year's subscription. I immediately contacted Drops' support explaining the situation. I got an answer in less than 10 minutes saying that the refund has been ordered. The agent was very swift, kind and professional. Thank you!

I made an accidentally payment for a one year subscription of an online service and requested a refund with Paddle. Got my money the same day back. Great service, very friendly, fast and supportive. Would recommend.

Best Experience

The experience I have had with Paddle was extremely good, I had subscribed to one of their services but found a couple of days later I wasn't going to need this service sent an email to cancel this service waited a short time no refund, sent another email and got an immediated response refund would be sent immediately , this was great service. If I ever need this type of service I will certainly contact Paddle.

I forgot to cancel a subscription

I forgot to cancel a subscription and it automatically got renewed. The customer service agent from Paddle, sorted out the problem immediately, cancelled the subscription and refunded my payment. Very speedy, friendly and effective/efficient.
