It's easy to find any kind of debit…

It's easy to find any kind of debit transaction that you never made on your Acc just find the charges and search for example. This msg i can see in the beginning Paddle.net* Tenorsha 2771 08/092022 R686.74 10/22 After detection i see this msg 38.82 PADDLE.NET* T 428104*277 1 So I found that actual amount was (38.82) then ask me my email that was hacked and used so the refund was done.

Payment Problem Quickly and Accurately Corrected.

I had a problem with a recent payment Paddle handled for an online site. The Paddle staff addressed my problem and corrected it within about 24 hours. During that time, they emailed me to keep me informed about the status of my request. In the end, they resolved the problem quickly and accurately. I am satisfied with the support I received from Paddle.

Very Pleased

I needed assistance in cancelling a subscription. Links to what I needed were easy to find. Response time from robot was exceptionally fast, concise, and useful. My issue was taken care of in less than 10 minutes or less.

Ease of use was great

It was very quick and simple to do. I had purchased this software, but I’ve never used it. I had it for a year and I thought I had canceled it. I hadn’t, and I got a recurring charge (my bad). I went onto PayPal, clicked the link to email the seller, and it walked me through it. It was probably the easiest support interaction I have ever experienced. Thank you for all the help.

Cancel a subscription

I wanted to cancel a subscription but could not find it at the software site. it took Paddle 5 seconds to resolve my issue. It could not be better.

The client is number one

I am a happy user of CleanMyMac X for several years. This week I find out that something went wrong with the payment. I sent a message and within a couple of minutes I got a reaction from the Paddle team. A real very quick respons and they helped me out to fix the problem. That makes me more happy, the client is number one by them! Thanks again.

World Class Customer Service and Products

There was a misunderstanding on my part concerning a 7-day trial period product. When I was charged for a full month, I notified Paddle. The customer service representative was very friendly and efficient. I had my refund within a couple of days and that's not typical in this hectic world we live in today. They made me feel like my needs were important and prioritized my request. Thank you Paddle!
