Impressive customer service
I had a problem over a transaction and wanted to cancel and get a refund. I emailed them about 8am. By midday I had had an acknowledgement, shortly followed by notice of a refund via PayPal, almost immediately followed by confirmation from PayPal. Swift, efficient and no argument. Excellent customer service, I was impressed.

I erroneously renewed my subscription…
I erroneously renewed my subscription and it was wonderful that the refund was processed so promptly. Few retailers are so generous not to argue or try to persuade you with veiled threats so they don't have to refund.
