There was no email notification from the web app I had applied when the service fee was again charged without prior notice, and I was shocked to know that an annual membership fee was being deducted from a website that I had not used in nearly a year. They say what they do and do what they say!

Just wanted to write my experience down. Purchased a product through Paddle - simply put - the product did not work in my circumstance. Contacted the producer of the software and canceled the subscription and product - asking for my $ back. Several weeks later a notice and charge appeared for the subscription I (thought?) I had cancelled. A quick email to Paddle Customer Support and after explaining the situation - Paddle acting as intermediary - my money was GLADLY refunded. Seriously - no ...

Pleased with Paddle.net's customer service BOT

I never expected to be pleased with the results of a BOT customer service experience, however after I subscribed to a $2 3-day paid trial at LawDistrict, not realizing I would automatically be billed $35 week after the three days, as I was finished with what I needed on that site. On the fourth day when I saw the charge for a week I was then pleased when I was able to go to Paddle.net and using their bot, request and receive a refund. It was painless. Impressive customer service

I had a problem over a transaction and wanted to cancel and get a refund. I emailed them about 8am. By midday I had had an acknowledgement, shortly followed by notice of a refund via PayPal, almost immediately followed by confirmation from PayPal. Swift, efficient and no argument. Excellent customer service, I was impressed.
