I am never a fan of chatbots
I am never a fan of chatbots. I believe person to person interaction via face-to-face or over the phone is the best way to solve situations, although it is not the way the world works today. My positive Paddle experience
Having discovered a recent payment taken from my account by Paddle, I enquired what it was for as I had no recollection of doing business with them. The response I received was explicit, informative and helpful. Customer service with Paddle is excellent.

I called support to cancel an auto-renewal
I called support to cancel an auto-renewal. The tech (Paolla) was very helpful. The cancelled the renewal and made sure I was refunded the charge. She provided feedback through emails as each task was accomplished to provide me a record of the cancellation and refund.

I foolishly duplicated a subscription…
I foolishly duplicated a subscription to the CleanMyMac App (through Paddle). When I noticed my error I applied for a refund and both the App Support and Paddle had no hesitation in refunding me my duplicate payment. Also I had their reply within 10 minutes of asking... very pleased with the response
