Auto debit issue resolved quickly

I am never a fan of chatbots

I am never a fan of chatbots. I believe person to person interaction via face-to-face or over the phone is the best way to solve situations, although it is not the way the world works today. Considering the situation I just had which involved a very simple question that needed a very simple answer, chatbot Kino did a wonderful job. Great product

I had no longer any use for the product at this time so used the chatbot feature to cancel my monthly subscription. One click later and it was done. Incredibly easy to do. Impressed. Plus, when using it, it worked perfectly to convert some audiobooks from locked itunes format to something playable on my phone.
