Great customer experience

Recently I accidentally made a duplicate order. The customer services team at Paddle quickly responded to my e-mail request to reverse out the last transaction. They resolved the problem in a timely manner to my satisfaction. Buying software online can be tricky but having a responsive customer support team makes a big difference and gives confidence to buyers. Great customer experience. Well done Paddle!

Troubles canceling subscription to an Imobie iPhone service…

I subscribed to an iPhone service vendor, tried canceling the service at the vendors site. Waited a week and did not hear back from vendor. Went to paddle.net because they processed the payment and the virtual assistant was able to cancel the subscription in a just a few seconds. Great experience with paddle.net

Excellent Customer Service

Paddle's customer service representatives quickly and efficiently answered my questions about billing. I mistakenly purchased a single-use license when I intended to purchase the 12-month license. After purchasing both, they refunded the single-use license fee - although it was obviously my mistake. I look forward to working with a team whose response and attention to my needs were professional, understanding, and common sense.
