Excellent customer service!

I know this sounds crazy but I purchased this software and then realized that I actually did not need it for my project. It was amazing to me how quickly they responded to my request to be refunded. They were very professional and take care of the matter faster than nearly any online business I’ve dealt with. Should I ever need this type of service, I will not hesitate to come back to them.

I hadn't cancelled an automatic payment which was legitimately taken from my PayPal account. I requested a refund and cancellation which was provided and complied with efficiently and without issue

I was charged a fee from my bank…

I was charged a fee from my bank account that I did not understand. I contacted Paddle for some clarification and was very impressed by their quick reply and clear explanation. They also offered a resolution to the issue. The team at Paddle was very professional, kind and effective. I was very impressed.
