I had a problem in not receiving my…

I had a problem in not receiving my license code by email. I had assumed, like so many products, that the code would be issued straight away after payment had been received. I contacted paddle and the issue was immediately resolved - all I needed was a little patience and everything would be okay. Contact with Paddle was easy, quick and polite and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I canceled my subscription but anyway…

I canceled my subscription but anyway got message that I was charged for a yearly subscription 34.95$. I asked support in paddle chat and you know, it was incredibly fast and professional. I told my problem and it was solved in a 3 min - cancellation of my subscription and refund for an accidentally payed subscription.

Usually using automated chat is a pain and never gets you what you need. This automated chat feature was the easiest, smoothest experience I've ever had. It was able to quickly find my information and fix the issue and get me a refund. The whole process took less than 2 minutes! Thanks for having software that actually works to help people!!!
