I found a transaction I just couldn't remember

I found a transaction I just couldn't remember what it was for, I contacted paddle.net and the automated system was able to explain in a way that was easy for me to understand, I asked for note more information about the subscription and was able to get more information sent to my email very quickly and easily.

A Satisfied User

I asked Paddle to recover an annual subscription payment that had been taken by the software repair company Restoro despite the fact that I had previously asked them to cancel my subscription. Wyeth from Paddle responded very promptly with excellent communication and obtained the refund from Restoro straightaway.

I canceled my subscription but anyway…

I canceled my subscription but anyway got message that I was charged for a yearly subscription 34.95$. I asked support in paddle chat and you know, it was incredibly fast and professional. I told my problem and it was solved in a 3 min - cancellation of my subscription and refund for an accidentally payed subscription.
