A very professional operation
I find them very professional and also helpful and friendly. They answered my ticket within an hour which I was pleased to see. They took care of my problem to my satisfaction. I had a subscription renewal due the following day that I wouldn't need and I needed to cancel it.

Customer Service goes above and beyond
I placed an order with Paddle and realized the same day that I didn't need the annual subscription, but I was billed for a year, which was totally my fault. I emailed and explained my situation and asked for a possible discount. They went above and beyond and rectified my situation immediately and refunded more than I had asked for. They corresponded quickly and they were very kind and understanding. I hope that I will have a need in the future for their services.
