I had a question on a charge I received…
I had a question on a charge I received on my American Express card and emailed Paddle for an answer. I received a response within a couple days that completely answered my question. In fact they determined I had two orders for the same product and after conferring with me cancelled one of my subscriptions and refunded my payment. Very pleased with the service.
