I sought by e-mail from Paddle the transfer of an active CleanMyMac X subscription to a new desktop following the catastrophic hardware failure of my existing 10.5 year old desktop, located in Canberra, Australia. Katleen at Paddle responded promptly, accurately, and the new iMac desktop was supplemented by the relevant CleanMyMac software within minutes of receiving Katleen's clear directions. The ultra efficient process was a credit to Paddle, in general, and to Katleen, in particular.

Wrong software order Delivered and charged for…
I ordered computer software from an advert in my email tray. The advert offered a discount and a good price. I ordered and paid with my VISA card immediately. I checked my VISA account and saw that instead of being charged $17.97 I had been charged $91.20. Also, instead of being sent the software I had ordered and paid for (PC SOFT) I had been sent (Advanced System Repair). The Payment and order had been handled by PADDLE.NET. Easy to use, responsive, and convenient
I'm surprised how responsive and quickly my issue was resolved using the chat support bot. It was a very simple, straightforward process with clear directions being provided towards the resolution. It required very minimal input from me, and it worked without any problems.
