Nothing but praise.......
I have been a subscriber for Geminin for some time and have had no trouble whatsoever understanding the software . Recently, however, as I am losing my eyesight, when my subscription was taken out as usual I wrote to explain. Very speedily my subscription was returned accompanied by a very kind, sympathetic message and full details on how to uninstall the programme. I have nothing but praise for Paddle.

Easy Cancellations and Refunds
I needed to cancel a subscription that recently renewed. Within minutes of submitting my request via email, I received clear instructions on how to do so. The actual process of doing so was also quick and easy, and took less than five minutes altogether. It was a great customer service experience!

I was having an issue with a computer app that Paddle resells. I mailed them, got an immediate automated reply and then a personal reply from John D. just a few minutes later, telling me he'd already messaged the seller on my behalf. He also gave me very clear information about how long it'd probably take for the seller to respond. Great, polite customer service, especially considering it was on a Sunday. Thanks, John!
