A text book example of Customer support and beyond!

When I first received a subscription reminder, I thought, Oh no, not another one meaning one of those sites that somehow gets your information and then bills you. I was very suspicious and contacted them via email. It started when I did not recognize the…

It started when I did not recognize the charge on my credit card and researched backward to figure out who and what it was… when I reached Paddle who was a third party they were amazingly helpful! They Even sent me private personal emails directed at my concern and took care of my issues really quickly! I can’t say enough nice things because in this day and age, great consumer service is hard to find! Thank you Paddle for making my day!

An overpayment was made on my credit…

An overpayment was made on my credit card. My fault as I did not remember an automatic subscription to a program that I had signed up for a year earlier. Paddle handled the refund very efficiently!
