When I first received a subscription reminder, I thought, Oh no, not another one meaning one of those sites that somehow gets your information and then bills you. Great Service
It's refreshing to receive excellent customer service. I contacted Paddle because a transaction I didn't recognisé on my Bank statement. Even the bot was good although it couldn't answer my question. It told me a human would email me. A human emailed me to ask for more detail. I provided that and got a quick response that spelled what the transaction on my account was. It was a painless experience that distinguishes Paddle from most other businesses.
