I contacted Paddle for a refund as…

I contacted Paddle for a refund as product was not as expected. It was processed in less than 20 seconds without question. This contrasts with the runaround you normally get from companies. UPDATE I got a 100% refund a couple of hours later. That is impressive. This is REAL customer service.

ADGONE Ad Blocker

The ad blocker I subscribed to was activated and said I was protected. Then I went online and watched some Superbowl videos, and was inundated with ads from beginning to end. The ad blocker did not stop one ad. I was frustrated and pissed.

Good DriverFix app

Bought the DriverFix app for a problem I had last year. Worked very well and solved the problem. However didn't know it had an autorenew attached to it. When it renewed I had to cancel it and this was done efficiently by Paddle who market it.
