This is goot customer service!

Very quickly received response, problem solved. I wanted a subscription no longer and Paddle solved it for me completely straightforward and simple. With other services, they still wanted to extend me, slow down the cancellation - here it worked immediately. This is good customer service, thank you!

Wasn't the solution I needed, but customer service was very helpful and refunded the transaction quickly.

The driver updates were an longshot at an attempt to fix a problem and ultimately didn't fix the problem; however, it was quick and easy to get the subscription cancelled and the refund processed. I responded to the confirmation email. The sender quickly responded that they are a software reseller but to follow a link to chat with a virtual assistant (which I usually hate). I simply typed "refund," to which the virtual assistant instructed me that the refund could be processed after I ...
