Had to cancel an auto renew…

Had to cancel an auto renew subscription. Could not find much help on the app but since subscription was managed by paddle, it was easy to get a refund and cancel subscription thru paddle. Just completed transaction but I’m expecting the refund in a few days.

The whole team has always been helpful…

The whole team has always been helpful and friendly, responding within a few hours. Even though the actual problem was with the manufacturer and not the payment service provider, they were very committed to solving my problem, including contact details for the manufacturer. All in all, one of the best support experiences of the past year. Thank you.

Very quick response.

I had a question about a recent payment. Paddle were excellent. Within an hour, I had an answer and found that the payment was genuine and had been authorized (and forgotten about) by me. Their very quick reply promptly put my mind at rest.
