Streaming in Obscurity
It's not often when running into issues with a purchased that we experience solutions within a reasonable time limit and most often will go weeks before hearing from anyone, if we're lucky. Easy and quick to work with
The company acknowledged my inquiry quickly and followed up in just a couple more hours with a complete resolution to my problem. The problem was with the delivery process of the manufacturer they represented, but I was not handed off to a different help desk, everything was resolved in only one step.

My interaction with Paddle was nothing less than great. I received notification that my complaint had been received and that someone would contact me within 24hrs. I received an email the next day and was told that they are looking into my complaint. The next day I received an email telling me I would receive a refund in the next couple of days. Within 2-4 day's I received the refund.

Quick, Accurate response!
I needed info on how to transfer my license from one Mac to a new Mac, and I quickly received detailed instructions that were easy to follow, and I was successful. Chat exchanges have never been this good for me, but Paddle came thru. The best!
