Great customer service
I had intended to end my subscription after paying for just a one week subscription. But it auto charged me and I asked to receive a refund as I did not want my subscription to continue and they assisted with a full refund and were extremely helpful, fast, and efficient. Great customer service!

Customer satisfaction is at top of the list for Paddle
Response time was quick. No waiting around for days. Concerns/questions resolved very satisfactorily. Ample notice when subscription expires and convenient provisions for renewal provided. I have found Paddle staff very reasonable and more than willing to satisfy the client. I would happily recommend this product to friends and others. David Canada

Paddle fixed a duplicate subscription for me
I contacted Paddle.net regarding a software vendor that was double-charging me for a subscription. I received a prompt response from their support agent Charleen who was able to immediately cancel the duplicate subscription and refund the extra payments to my credit card. Thank you for the great service!

Had a problem with a Restro subscription which I never signed up for or used and could not get a response from them.
