Exceptional service and response time…
Exceptional service and response time from Gemma from Paddle Support Team. I had mentioned I could not efficiently evaluate one of the plugins due to the website not being up and haven't found a suitable SEO App. I mentioned I would try again when everything was up and running. There were no questions asked and she refunded the purchase.

Software not working
I purchased some software which I could not get to work properly. After contacting the firm, they gave me suggestions (promptly)of what to do, unfortunately they did not work. I requested a refund under there 60 day guarantee. I heard nothing from them. I contacted Paddle and asked for a refund, Paypal confirmed the next day that they had received the refund. Excellent service.

Efficient and fast for the customers
Paddle helps companies sell software services, paddle handles refunds really efficiently, literally took me 5 minutes to ask for a refund, all i had to tell them was the email the amount and the date of the payment, and they recognized the payment and issued a refund, the robot they make you talk to is super useful and easy to use, will solve your problems

My software licence email didn't arrive…
My software licence email didn't arrive so, after an hour or so, I contacted Paddle and received the correct licence almost by return. Things can go wrong but it's how a company handles it is the thing that makes the difference; 10 out of 10 for Paddle customer support.

Quick to Resolve Issue
Very friendly, courteous, and quick to respond to my help/support request. I have never experienced a company that was so perfect in every way as to solving my problem. Too bad OTHER companies are not like this.
