I needed to cancel my subscription and it was completed within minutes, very good service......i only cancelled because I no longer needed a vpn.

Best cancellation process in the world!
Best cancellation process in the world! I didn't need their software anymore. Clicked on the link in their email reminding me my subscription was about to renew. It instantly knew who I was, what my order number was and cancelling was a 1 click thing. Proper customer service.

Amazing service CANNOT recommend enough
I suffer from bipolar and bought software during an episode. Paddle and Imobie understood COMPLETELY and furnished a refund within 24 hours
