Pleased with the help I received. Issue resolved

The charge on my credit card for a renewed subscription was by a company whose name I did not recognize. Paddle quickly responded with a name I knew and had not intended to renew. Paddle cancelled that subscription and quickly refunded the charge to my account. I am very pleased with how efficiently the matter was handled.
