It was my fault...

It was my fault. I inadvertently signed up for two subscriptions. A simple email resulted in a prompt refund for the subscription I didn't need. The email exchange was professional, timely, and courteous - good customer service to a Tee! And, when I garbled my explanation for a different problem I thought I was experiencing, the response was the same. Because good customer service seems to be a rarity these days, it seemed appropriate to highlight an example of what it can look like.

Billing for Apple Apps
