Not only do I recommend macpaw

Not only do I recommend macpaw, I highly do! I had called customer service then realized i could email them, so hung up. I received a call back in two minutes to check to se if I needed anything. They also responded to the email within a day. Very good customer service

Reimage has been always there wen I needed them there the most. It’s

I have been with Reimage for the last, I think, at least 8 years or more, and whenever I had a problem of viruses, they immediately resolved the problem. And now that I am in the process of buying a new laptop, I simply asked them to postpone my subscription until I have my new laptop in March, they acted immediately and cancelled my subscription until I get my new Labptop. The chatbot was amazing. Aboslutely helpful!

The chatbot was amazing, one of the best I have ever "talked to". It really helps and understands the needs. It has several options programmed on it and analyzes the best options to consider. It even sent a direct email on my behalf asking a refund to the company I had an issue with. Congratulations!
