Pleased with how my problem was handled . My e-mails were always responded to in a timely manner and I really felt that they were concerned about my problem. Although the software I purchased did not meet my expectations , I requested a refund. A refund was promptly given with no hassles what-so-ever. I felt I received EXCELLENT customer service and would gladly do buisness with Paddle again!! Keep up the good work!

Most helpful chatbot ever!

Paddle refunded my money quickly
I was charged for the wrong number of transactions for a software on Paddle, and I sent an email to the support team at paddle who immediately sprang into action by contacting the vendor and I was refunded in less than 48 hours.

Paddle charged my creditcard for CleanMyMac. I do not have a MacBook anymore so I didn’t need the program. I asked for a refund and within two hours (on a Sunday) I was re-embursed. Very good service!
