Confusion over unrecognised Paypal payment.
I received a notice from Paypal about a payment I had authorised to Paddle.com. I did not recognise this payment, mainly because I had not heard of Paddle.com. I contacted Paddle.com and queried this payment. After providing the requested information, they explained that they acted as a third party processing payments for a company I had agreed to pay.

Paddle were super efficient at handling a query on behalf of a sale that had been made. They read what I had put (something that rarely seems to happen nowadays in customer services) and fully actioned my query and concern and did so speedily and efficiently and most importantly with a friendly caring approach not just a “I have sorted this for you type response” what a great team member Kathleen is in particular thank you !

I had my doubts about this organization…
I had my doubts about this organization based on reviews on the Internet. In my case, their web-based Customer support was able to deal with my complaint of an unauthorized charge quickly and with a full understanding of my issue. Although I didn't talk to a human, I am completely satisfied with their service.

Paddle Handles Problems As If They Aren't
Paddle handles my MacPaw Clean My Mac plan. I started with a 1 machine plan then added another machine. There was an accidental duplication. When I realized they were charging me twice I sent an email. They read it quickly, understood it immediately, and fixed it before I had time to catch up with my email. They succeed where so many support organizations don't.

Unidentified charge in bank statement
Had unidentified charge in my bank statement. Contacted Paddle support team and Christine provided me promptly with the details of the charge. It helped me to quickly identify the relevant charge. The courteous and helpful email was much appreciated
