had a charge on my paypal from paddle.com marketplace and needed to know what it was since I didn't recognize the name. The chat was very clear letting me know if I was looking to get information on a charge, asked for my e-mail, amount charged and then sent a code to verify my e-mail, then immediately told me it was a purchase I had made earlier this month to IObit which I did recognize, process took a couple of minutes

That's what I call great!
I had a problem because of a subscription. I was not aware that this was an annual cost. I asked to be able to cancel it retroactively, as my pension is not very large. Within a few days, thanks to paddle, this subscription was cancelled retroactively and the amount was transferred back to my account. That's what I call great!
